WebQuests Galore!

WebQuestsA WebQuest is a learning model in which the Internet is the main tool used for acquiring information to complete specific learning tasks. Since the WebQuest concept was conceived in 1995, teachers around the world have created WebQuests for their students, using the newest Internet technology to teach standard subjects such as Math, English, Geography and History. For example, to help students learn about Math concepts they would be given a Quest to design a fictitious city park to certain specifications. The Internet would be used to gather all the information they need to complete the task. Such WebQuests are intended to create an inspiring way in which students can become engaged in learning and mastering required material.
