Master of Arts in Coaching and Athletic Administration
This is a unique, advanced program that bridges that gap between programs in athletic administration and physical education. Leadership skills are enhanced, and you learn how to infuse ethics and values into your athletic programs. The courses are offered four times a year, so you should have no problem fitting the program into your schedule.
Master of Arts in Education Curriculum and Instruction
The Master of Arts in Education program requires that you already have a Bachelors degree. Also, you must already have teaching credentials—either current or expired. Alternatively, you must have completed a state approved teaching program and accumulated a year of teaching experience. The degree itself is practical and relevant to your classroom and will help you become a teacher who will make a lifelong difference in your students and their families.
Concordia University is a Christian college in Southern California. Their goal is to develop “wise, honorable, and cultivated citizens” in keeping with the 500 year old motto of Wittenburg, the school at which Martin Luther himself taught. The college opened the doors for its first classes in 1976 and in 1981 received full accreditation from the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. Very few schools have been able to receive accreditation that quickly.
Although the college offers only two online programs at this time, it offers a full curriculum of traditional college programs and degrees.
